Any creature exposed to the storm that isn't a construct or an undead must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw at the end of each minute or take `dice:3d6|noform|noparens|avg` (`3d6`) necrotic damage. A creature that dies in a necrotic tempest rises as a [skeleton](/Rules/Source/bestiary/undead/skeleton-xmm.md) or [zombie](/Rules/Source/bestiary/undead/zombie-xmm.md) (your choice) `dice:1d10|noform|noparens|avg` (`1d10`) minutes later.
